Any of you has ever got a car accident? How did you feel after the accident? Did the accident make you drive more carefully, or did you even become a bit paranoid on the road?

Yes for a long time after the accident I was a bit more paranoid. I was not the cause of the accident, you just never know what kind of crazies are out there on the roads with you.

I've been rear ended twice and now I hate having people right behind me. One was a hit and run (the person who hit me took off) and the other one I was sitting at a stop sign waiting to turn and the kid behind me hit me. I wonder how some of these people ever got a license to start with.

I was in at least three car accidents where I was the driver. Each accident brought with it a lesson that made me more careful. In all these accidents, I was thankful I was unharmed. In one of them, I was hit by an armored van. When we both went down to check the damages, the guy who came down from the armored van was a guard armed with a long rifle ^_^

I was rear ended at a stop sign. For a long time, I was uptight whenever a car was stopped behind me. I'm still very watchful when cars are following me too close or stopped behind me, and the accident was years ago.
