Default Air Force Two

I didn't get the last news about the Air Force Two accident. In this minor accident the Vice President was not injured. So, who is responsible for the Piper's left wing damage?

Isn't a Piper a single prop plane? Are you trying to say that Air Force two is a piper? I'm a little confused here. Could you please re-phrase the question?

Well, sorry for not wording it clearly. According to this news, Air Force Two lifted a Piper Cub a few feet into the air when it took off from Francis S. Gabreski Airport, causing damage of the Piper's wing.
