Since gas prices are hiking back up again I have been trying to avoid short wasteful trips more than normal. I am trying to set a way to to get into a better routine to do this, wasting too much gas is starting to hit home a tad.
Seriously! I know exactly how you feel. The price of gas around here is well over $4.00 now. It is even affecting where the next apartment I want to live in will be. I need one that is close to my work or else a huge chunk of my paycheck will be going to just gas. This is crazy!
That is a good idea. I'm going to do that too. Gas is just way too high these days. It will also affect the things I decide to do and the jobs I look into in my hometown. If it causes me to drive too far, I simply won't do those certain activities anymore.
Yeah, gas is getting ridiculous! Filling up is so much now that I've just been putting in a little here and there as I have to. I know that isn't best for the car, though.
I am in the same boat. Just taking the kids to school is a struggle. It is a good thing that I am good at going from place to place instead of the short wasteful trips mpk3 was talking about.
