I need a good break from work and I can not wait until this 3 day weekend actually gets going. Since mid yesterday the work days have been dragging on. I have been in a meeting for 3 hours today and it has sucked the life from me.

There's no 3 day weekend for me but hopefully work lets up here soon. There's just always so much to do and so little time to do it around here. I need a break desperately!

Right now we are having some crazy air quality warnings and I hope they lift before tomorrow. We are planning to take a friends boat out and enjoy some sunshine with a little R & R.

I hope you had a great time! I must admit that the holiday weekend really refreshed me. I was to a point where I didn't know if I could go on and now I feel so much better!

This week refuses to end and each day seems to get worse. Last night I did not even leave the office until almost 9pm. Who does that? I swear I wish I worked at home some days!

Trust me, you don't! I work at home and I can never get away from work. I am stuck in my home office until 11 PM some nights. The worst is during vacations, I don't feel like I'm away from work. I feel trapped and someone calls me and I can't say I'm on vacation, I have to just go up to the office. I hate it!

We had a great time up until the last moment when my nephew had an asthma attack due to all of the smoke. Outside of that, it was pretty relaxing.

I am looking forward to this weekend and if the weather keeps up it should be a nice one. Hope in the car and drive up to the mountains for some nice scenery and if I can snag a babysitter maybe even a date night.

This weekend will involve some random close to home outings, maybe a walk up a nearby mountain for a little exercise and a ton of work to do around the house. No fun this weekend except tonight and I have a date. Have a good one all!
