Default Consumer Reports

Does anyone else buy things based on the reviews given by Consumer Reports? I've been a subscriber to CR for many years, and I've never gone wrong when buying something they recommended. From cars, motor oil and mattresses to charcoal, underwear and throwaway razors, if CR recommends it, then it's good enough for me.

Whenever I am in the market for an item that I want to last for the long haul, I do consult what they have to say. I've never gotten a bum steer from them.
