How do you feel about your auto insurance company? Do you have a relationship with them, or do you change carriers frequently to save money?

Well I would feel better about my insurance company if they wouldn't raise my dang insurance premium every single time I have to pay every six months! I'm 33 and I've never had a claim in my life. Why do I have to suffer for other peoples faults? Every time I get my bill, I have to call and plead with them to not raise my bill. I had to drop coverage last time just to pay less!

I have switched to save money a few times. I'm looking right now for a new Auto Insurance carrier for my new car. I went with State Farm for years (15+) and they always raised my rate each 6 months and they were never there when I needed them. I won't be going to State Farm again.

I love my insurance company and my individual agent. I hate paying the premiums for sure but they are always there when I need them, even with this huge lawsuit mess. I haven't switched carriers in over 10 years.

I have to say that I didn't go with one of those "friendly" companies. I went with one of those cheap companies, and I am just another number to them.

I haven't changed to save money. I would rather pay the little extra to get good service and fast response to emergencies. My agent treats me like a person not a number and I like that.
