Default Spills in the auto

Do others here have the rule I do that means no one can have a drink or food in the car except them? I do since its my car I know I am the one cleaning it up, kids on the other hand and some adults too are not as nice.

I'm the same way, but I don't even eat or drink in my car, unless it's a bottle of water. I don't let anyone else eat or drink, or smoke, or even ride without putting their seatbelts on. If you ride with me in my car, you follow my rules.

My wife always give me a hard time about this. In her car, people can eat or drink with no questions asked, but once you step into mine the fun train stops. No food, No drink, No smoking! If it can possibly mess up my car, you cant do it.

I know I will clean it so its okay to me. Since I quit smoking though I hate the idea of someone even standing near our stuff smoking even if the windows are up. I hate it that much!

I don't really mind, but I haven't had anything bad happen that would change my mind. Smoking on the other hand, no way. If I don't do it in my car, neither do you.

I personally let everyone drink and eat in the car because I mean, it's really easy to have the interior cleaned if I need to. I have pets too though, so that may have something to do with it.

I even keep an extra set of air fresheners in the auto but lately I tested out a new one, the kind that sits inside the cup holder (the free one) and you twist to allow more or less smelly stuff. Cherry is way too strong for my senses at least it is during allergy season.

Yes, absolutely. I hate food and stuff being all over the car seats and on the floor. I don't eat in my car myself, so I'm definitely not letting anyone else eat. I might sip from a bottle of water, but that's it.

I wonder how much money has been spent just in the past year alone on random spills and otherwise destruction inside an auto that could have been avoided. I am sure there's a market for it but I am against spending money when I do not need to.

I don't care if adults eat or drink in my car as long as they clean up after themselves. I have one friend who manages to leave some kind of trash in my car every time she's in it. It drives me insane!
