I have a friend who used to drive like 1000 miles back and forth every week for work reasons. He did it for years and he was really tired with it, to the point that he hated driving. Have you ever got to the point?
Nope, not yet anyway. I still like driving. I love to listen to music (of course while singing along) and check out new scenery. I can imagine 1000 miles a week would do that to you though.
Yeah I also like driving myself, but I don't think I could stand driving that far on a regular basis. On the other hand, I know some people who have no issue 'living on the road'.
Wow, that's a lot of driving! I've never driven that much, so I couldn't say if I would get tired of it or not, but I imagine I probably would. As it is, I don't drive as much as I used to!
I don't either Leslie. I loved driving (and still love it) and I drove a lot when I was younger. But now I feel that it is not so exciting as it used to be.
Only after a long and randomly rushed road trip. I remember the last time I did this it was a 1/2 a day trip with a screaming and teething child in the backseat. The trip was not nearly as fun as the trip before that (no kids) but we did eventually get there.
