Some people can go overboard cleaning their car. Well at least in my opinion. How often do you take your car into have it washed? Or do you do it yourself?
I don't have time to wash it that often. If it is really dirty then I will wash it other than that I usually wash it myself about once a month and take it through a car wash once a month as well.
I have a neighbor who washes and waxes his car almost every weekend. I just washed my vehicle today because it has been out in the woods most of the weekend. I probably won't wash it again for a month or so.
I get my car washed once a month, though that's not a fixed schedule. It will depend more on the car condition than the schedule. I also occassionally wash my own car when I get time.
I try to wash it about once a month to every other month. Usually it is more towards every other month. It will depend though, sometime the pollen gets so bad I have to wash it more often. My truck hides dirt well too, so that helps.
About every 3 or 4 months I will do some waxing and "better" cleaning. And usually once a year I will do a full detail.
My vehicles seem neglected compared to everyone else, I am lucky if I remember more than 4x a year then gain I work too much and that could be part of it. Just b happy I remember to shower.
