Default Cars similar to Ford Focus

I really love everything about my car, which is a Ford Focus. It sits up high for a small car and I have a great view of the road and the windows. It's spacious and dependable and it's almost 11 years old. It's time for me to get a new car because I finally have the money. What car can I get that is similar to the Focus? I want something new but I would like to keep the features that I like, such as buttons that are big and easy to access while driving.

When we sold our Trail Blazer last June I got to test drive a used Ford Focus wagon, and some others too. I liked the Focus for all the reasons you mentioned.

I actually have a Ford Focus and love it! From what I have heard the new Chevy Cruze is quite similar to it. I also like the look and feel of Subaru Impreza's as well. Also the Mazda 3, may be another great choice for you.

The Mazda 3 is a great car. It's stylish, dependable and doesn't use a lot of gas. Consumer Reports (the car bible) also rates the 3 very high. The Civic and the Corolla are also very good cars, as is the newish Honda Fit, and it get very good gas mileage.

I think that the Honda Civic is a good car and it looks a lot like the Focus. I have driven both cars and I would have to say I am impressed with the Civic.

I have not driven the Chevy Cruze, but I saw a lady come back from a test drive, and I overheard that she was really pleased with it.

I looked up the Mazda 3 and it looks pretty sharp. I like the Fit but they are a bit out of my price range, I think. The Corolla is nice too but looks a bit plain. The Civic is pretty nice too. Thanks for the recommendations!

I agree with the Mazda. I had a Mazda 929 several years ago, and it was actually the best-running and longest lasting car that I've ever had. The Mazda 3 would be more compatible to your Ford Focus.
