Default Do You Still Enjoy Driving

I have friends who really complain about having to drive-it's a chore to them. I love it! I really enjoy being behind the wheel. Do you still enjoy it?

For me is the greatest feeling in the world. I love exploring my neighborhood, town, county, state, country. The only time I hate it is when I have to be somewhere at a predetermined time. You usually end up behind a doo-doo head when you are in a hurry, but if I can drive leisurely without worrying that I have to be there 10 minutes ago, I am in heaven.

I wish I could say that I love driving around, but it really is a chore. There is so much traffic that it is a pain going places (at least in my area). I do enjoy taking a drive in a rural area.

I like driving. I don't like my daily driving, but I do enjoy when I am able to get away for a nice country drive from time to time.

I don't like driving. Gas prices are shooting through the roof, so I feel like I'm wasting money every time I take the car out unnecessarily. I also don't like getting on the freeway because there are so many bad California drivers that just act like idiots on the road. Not to mention, the freeways are constantly changing with all the construction they are doing which also can cause anxiety for me.

When it's work related or whatever, not a chance.

I do know that retirees seem to get more of a kick out of it than us younger folks do, but maybe that's because for them, time is no issue, and the journey is as important as the destination.

I like driving, but I don't do a lot of it these days! I have two teenagers with the ability to drive (one has a license and one has a permit), so there it is!
