Cool. What's their rationale for not wanting ethanol in gasoline? Just wondering. The only advantage I see, so far, is that you can leave ethanol-free gasoline inside the tank of your car all the way across winter and not worry about anything.

It is better for smaller engines like your lawn mower. Some people say they get better gas millage with no ethanol.

Most car manufacturers frown upon using gas with ethanol, but if done so, the percentage of ethanol to gas has to low. I think it's 10% but I could be wrong.

The way I undertand it, the ethanol is "green" energy, so it helps reduce emissions, and it makes us more efficient with our gasoline use, meaning we don't use as much as a nation.
