Default How much gas?

Do you know how much does the gas last you now? Have you noticed how different it is from one gas station to the next? I used to buy cheap gasoline and it would only let me drive 180 mpg. I am using another brand and it usually lets me drive around 220 mpg. This is something worth checking out now that the price of gasoline is going hire.

I just paid last evening almost 3.50USD for a gallon, I am happy that I only had to fill up half the tank but thinking back to when I started driving. WOW! Talk about a price change!!

The quality of gas is very important for your car. I used to only use the cheapest gas, but I noticed that my car wasn't running as well as it used to. Then I switched back to the high grade gas and I noticed that the pick up in my car was so much better. I also noticed that the car drove a lot smoother when I use high grade gas. So even though gas prices are soaring, I still prefer to use the good gas. Only on occasion will I use the cheap gas, but I hate doing it.

carl55, do you know anything about alternating between higher grades of gas and lower? I mean, say I fill my car with premium one week then the next week I switch back down to a cheaper grade---to save money. Is that potentially harmful to my engine to do this or will it not make a big difference?
