There is no doubting it-women are safer drivers. They take less risks, and are less likely to die in RTAs.
Same with-younger drivers are more likely to have accidents. Should women pay less since they are less likely to claim-older people too? The European Union doesn't think so, they ruled it illegal to set premiums by gender risk. What do you guys think?
Sounds like women are getting the short end of the stick. If the cost for the risk is spread across women and men, but women contribute less of the risk, they are paying more than their fair share.
As a female driver, I wish they would take into consideration what a save driver I am. Since I got my license, I have had 2 accidents (in 25 years) and they were not my fault either time. I only have had 2 speeding tickets in the same period of time. I could use the break.
