My license expired on the 28th of April. Around the 10th or 11th, I remember noting that and thinking I needed to get it done, but I then forgot until the mail came yesterday with a notice that my license expired! Thankfully, it was easy to renew!
I have never known anyone that has done that before, but I am on my way to the lovely DMV this week pending the weather chills out long enough for the trip. Its a little more than a hike and I need to get a new picture snapped with my glasses since they are now mandatory.
My glasses are mandatory, too, but they took the picture without them. It seems that the computers now do a sort of retina scan when they take the picture, and my glasses caused glare so it couldn't see my eyes.
