I tend to listen to a ton of talk stuff in the morning when I am heading into work but after the morning and the break pick me up during the middle of the day it seems radio dies out. Does anyone here have satellite radio in their car? I am thinking I might need to upgrade.

I have a unit that fits into a cradle in my car or in my house and I use it in both areas. I've never had a problem with it either way. Does it have something to do with where your car is relative to where the satellite is at that time of day?

I have the same set up as Marvin. I have a Sportster with the cradles. I have had great luck with the Sirius Radio.

Back when satellite radio first came out I was vacationing in Arizona and had rented a vehicle. The car came with the Sirius Radio and I got hooked. It was so nice to be able to drive hundreds of miles through the desert and not have to change the station once. I have had it since the beginning and don't see myself getting rid of it anytime soon.

I thought about doing something like the iphone with the ipod and all that but the docking stations that I have seen all look like I could put something together with duct tape better. I am still debating on it lately for some reason going through a portion of my commute I get nothing but static and its a bummer.
