Default This time it hit me!!

I'd like to say that I hit another deer this weekend, but honestly the darn thing ran out from some bushes and hit me square in the driver door! I am not a happy camper either since this will be my third deer claim this year. I'm thinking of not reporting it and just having my buddy fix it when I have the extra cash. There is a reason I'm all for hunting!

Wow, maybe you need to find a different route! Do you think your insurance will raise your rates? It isn't like you can control the deer... that should fall under "Acts of God" or something!

Act of animal is not Act of God from what I have heard, but a different route sounds like a good idea. Isn't there a downfall to people who end up not reporting issues to their insurance (like it changes the prices the rest of us are paying)?

Here in NY we have Comp and that covers deer hits. Man your car is a deer magnet - that is all I can say! They must smell the other deer on it and jump on the car!

I can't see where NOT putting in a claim would affect the prices of the rest of y'all, but making a lot of claims, now, THAT would likely raise your premiums.

That sounds scary! I have never seen a deer that close up, and I don't think I want to. I don't think we have a lot of deer around here, so that's good.
