Red face Way to ruin a paintjob, Kid

I'm giggling, because my Dad actually warned me about this, wayyyyy back in the 70's....

The neighbours' teen was out with the family wheels, and with friends. Unless I miss my guess, alcohol was part of the evening's fun: Junior was desperately trying to remove frozen barf from the tail-end of Mom's wheels last night.

In the cold light of the morning, it would appear he was successful: the paint damage is going to get his **** in more trouble than the barf, I'm betting.

Rule of Thumb: barf frozen to paint is not to be removed without a little care, no matter how gross the the job.

lol, poor kid, I'll bet he learned a valuable lesson that day. I kind of feel sorry for him... but not as much as I feel sorry for the damage to the paint job! That's why I'm very careful about removing bird poop from my own car, which I'd guess can be just as damaging if removed incorrectly.

Yep if that was my kid I'd be kicking him in the butt. Although, my dad, when he was MUCH younger than he is now, painted his car with a paintbrush! Someone thought is was an abandoned vehicle and decided to paint the windows too!! I guess that will teach him.

Oh my lord, now that is way too funny! Barf off but no paint either. Tell me he did not use a little soap and water? What a goof ball. I never have puked on my car before, what are you supposed to use to get it off when it's frozen?

Well I'd start by warming the car up. Get the engine going, and the heating on so that the skin of the car warms a little. I'd probably pour some warm (not hot) water on the, erm, 'stain' to help to thaw it and rinse it off before cleaning properly.
