I was coming home from work just at dusk I had and another deer jumped in front of me. It's like they've passed on the word "If you want to commit suicide-he's your man". This one didn't cause much damage to my truck but it broke it's neck so it was a quick kill thank goodness.

Lucky you that you were not hurt. They are out and about so much this time of year. I have the deer finders on my cars and hope that helps to keep them away from the road, but that might not be enough if one comes near the road.

Ouch! I've never hit a deer and I'm glad! I see a ton where I live but I'm super careful. It's like your vehicle is a deer magnet. I never really thought those deer finders worked but they do?

I am always on the lookout for them when I am driving, especially at dawn and dusk. I have never hit one thank goodness. I guess I am glad that the only animal I have ever hit is a porcupine, even though it did a number on my brand new tires.

Thanks God I never hit a deer and I would hate to experience that. There is always a first time for everything but I believe there are some exceptions, including this.
