I read this article today about Ahmadinejad's car being auctioned. It got 2.5 million dollars and I guess it really isn't a big news story but what caught my attention was that apparently there were several American bidders. I'm just wondering what would go through an American's mind to believe it's a good idea to supply this man with that kind of money. It really seems irrational to me, considering many of the anti-American statements this man has made and his constant threats of bombing Israel.

Anyway, I just thought this was interesting.
