Default Car Sales Slowly Getting Better

I heard on Fox News a bit ago that car sales are slowly getting better in larger cities. I know our local car sales aren't quite that good but I'm wondering if it is going to take some time to get things back to normal for us?

I think the fact that so many people need to go farther than public transportation is set up to go means that people NEED cars, and therefore sales cannot stop completely. It just makes sense that they'd be selling cars again in greatly populated areas.

It can't stop completely, but the fact that sales are INCREASING is a good sign; it means that not only are a smattering of people who can manage to afford the cars they need are buying - but MORE people are reaching that point where they can afford them!

The economy is getting better, but I think that "they" are too afraid to admit it yet - just like "they" waited so long to admit we were in a recession. I believe new home sales have gone up, as well.

Yes, "they". Thank you for that. New jobs numbers have slowly and steadily been increasing as well. If Fox News is admitting that something is getting better, that means that there's just no denying it any more.....

The economy isn't getting any better where I live. It's still in a dive. We still have businesses failing and jobs very few and far between. It just may take us some time to get back to normal though.

I have no idea what is happening anymore. I have given up trying to figure out if things are getting better or worse and just trying to take time to stop and smell the roses.

I want to believe that things are getting better. I don't know if I really believe it. Still, part of the economy getting better is people being willing to spend and believe.
