Have you seen a lot of dealers coming back now that the government has bailed out all of the car companies? I haven't seen a lot coming back, the ones that held on are still there though.
I've been reading all over about dealers doing better, but I don't spend an awful lot of time watching the ones nearby closely enough to see if they, specifically, are doing better. Not many actually "disappeared," but I imagine they held each other up ok.
It seems to be that they are doing ok - I don't see any lack of new car models being rolled out. And with lots of hybrid and electric models being created.
I have not seen any dealers come back, but I did see a closed BP reopen which made me go Hmmm. I did not expect to see BP rebound like that so quickly.
