Default Nissan Leaf

I have been looking at the Leaf as my next car. It is totally electric and they say it is the best in its class as well as the most affordable. Nissan says that it drives 80-100 miles in one charge but the EPA says 73 miles. Either one is good for me. The best part for me is that it has the $7500 rebate from the government. Are states still offering rebates also?
