That's pretty terrible that our corporate bankruptcy laws allow this to happen. I actually don't blame the companies as much as I blame our lawmakers who let things like this occur. The laws need to be changed and enforced so that things like this absolutely can't happen. Trusting a struggling corporation to do the right thing simply won't work.
