The Nissan Leaf was recently selected as the European Car Of The Year. It was selected over forty other models. That's not just GREEN cars---that's a whole mix of cars. Stealing the Volt's thunder??
I like the competition, honestly. Steal all the thunder you want, Leaf, if it raises the bar and pushes car makers to develop even more "green" ideas, then so be it!
I think the competition is good. Still I would not worry about the VOLT. Each car is green in its own way and each will appeal to different markets. Let the leaf have some fame because the volt has the practicality.
Well, I am thrilled about the nomination especially because it will make prices go down. Although, both cars are in different categories. The Leaf is completely electric which the Volt is not. As it is the price of the Volt is higher than the Leaf.
