They are revising fuel labels on new vehicles being sold. I have found a site that allows you to click on the labels to understand what they actually mean: http://www.epa.gov/fueleconomy/label.htm
I am confused. Which one of those is for cars we have now is it A-? I know it would not be A or A+. How long does charging take anyway? Wouldn't that type of station be like a parking lot?
That is a good question. It is nice to have more in depth fuel labels. But it looks like it will take a little time for us all to get used to what everything on the new labels means.
Indeed, we need to get used to this kind of labels. But it is interesting to know how deep EPA extends its role in automobile production. I wonder how the label in hybrid cars and plug-in cars would look like.
