I've recently learned a little about microlon engine treatment. I've been reading that it creates a permanent lubricant that binds to metallic parts and therefore reduces friction, increases power, fuel economy, etc etc. Is this stuff any good?

Eugene, they'll say anything on the side of a can to get you to buy the stuff. Seriously. I don't recommend putting anything in your engine besides oil. Your car doesn't need anything more. Now, if it's old and out of warranty and the engine is in really bad shape, you might want to put some Lucas engine treatment in it, but that's all I recommend.
