Default Traction control issues

I love that I have traction control but the problem is that there is something wrong with the sensors. It works because if you start to slide then it changes the speed of the wheels. But then the lights will not go off because the wheels are out of sync. What should I do about this?

I would take it into the shop and get it looked at. I really don't know how to fix that without messing something up. That's a tricky one. It's not going to be cheap though, because as I'm sure you know... sensors aren't cheap.

Would that be a newer car, since it has that feature? Taking it to the dealership might be your best bet, as they'll know your car and those issues best. When it comes to sensors, most mechanics I know just fix the problem and deactivate the sensor if the light is annoying you.

You never know - it could be a recall issue. I once had a car with a steering issue, and was so worried about how much I would have to pay, when it turned out to be a recall issue and they fixed it for free.
