[Ticking]

My 96 olds 88 fan blows air from the defrost vent and the vent going to the back seat, but does not blow air from the front vents. Also, the cruise control
stopped working at the same time. Could this possibly be as simple as a fuse/breaker? The owners manual shows a panel of fuses/breakers on the passenger side that has an AC and Cruise Control fuse/breaker.

It probably is a fuse, or at least it could be. You will probably just have to open up the panel and start testing fuses. It will probably not tell you witch one has blown.
