My 1991 Acura Integra has power from the battery to the starter but will not turn over. The lights will not light. No dome lights, no electic locks, the only thing that works is the emergency flashers. Can this be anti theft or ground wire or what? After I moved the car 100 ft the problem started. HELP!!!!!!!!!
