About a year ago this car started squeak in what sounds like the trunk. I was sure it needed new struts and so did my mechanic. After looking though, it needed new brake pads and a caliper. After putting in new the new caliper, new pads and struts the car still makes the same nose. If you push down on the trunk by hand you can hear it. Why would this be happening when new struts were put in? Is there something else that could be making this noise?
