Default Bolts broken

Ok, so there's a pulley in the engine that holds the belt and all that. The two bolts that held that in place BROKE the other day. The other end of the bolts are still stuck in the engine block! This is really frustrating!

Wow, that seems like something it would be difficult to break. What were you doing right before it broke? A reputable mechanic should be able to fix it but it might get costly.
