Wearing gloves will help. Other then that look for a lanolin-based hand cleaner like GoJo. The Orange stuff (cannot remember the name at the moment but smells like oranges and is orange) will work well to.
Orange miracle or Goop. I also know gasoline will take grease off your hands too but then you have to deal with the smell of gas on your hands. I like the wearing gloves idea, but we don't wear them here either.
Dawn dishwashing liquid. It works really well and is cheap if you compare it to the alternatives. We have used this in my son't garage and they love it. It's easy on the hands too.
Have you tried Cra-Z soap? It's very effective not only for degreasing your hands but also for tools and equipments. This soap is cheap, affordable and environmentally friendly.
