I am trying to help my little sister figure out how to get some wheels.

She has a 99 Eclipse and was just in an accident that caused significant damage to the body and frame - but her engine was untouched...

Now on craigslis I see many cars with no engine/tranny - And right now I am eyeing a 92 Integra with only the tranny and am wondering what all is involved and if its possible to drop the Eclipse's engine into the Integra.

Can the Integra's tranny be used with the eclipse engine? The Eclipse's tranny and engine are good, I assume easiest to use all Eclipse parts in the Integra shell?

And, what would a respectable auto mechanic charge (roughly) to drop the engine if I cannot get some help doing it?
