Default Noise when turning left

I keep hearing a noise from my back tire (wheel) when I make a left hand turn (sharp). I have checked and there is no ice or any build up under there. It's like a klunk noise. I have a Pontiac Vibe.

First, are you sure it's coming from the back and not the front? Have you checked your brakes and rotors? The last time my car made that noise when turning it was the rotors. It could also possibly be a spring that has snapped or that has come detached. Your best bet is to have your car serviced to see what is causing the noise. You don't want to be driving down the road and have your tire fall off.
