Default Passenger window is stuck

I put down the passenger side window in my car and it got stuck on the way back up with about 2 inches to go. Thankfully we have a plastic shield on there that keeps the rain out, but it gets annoying!

That's pretty bad. I took a ride with a friend whose driver's side window got stuck on his way to an important meeting. Good for him the parking space was guarded because he had to leave it that way and run to the building.
