Default Voltage Problem

Hello I own a 2005 Dodge Neon SRT-4. For some reason my car is pushing 15v to the battery when started. It is frying the **** out of my battery and I cant get it to work. I got a new alternator thinking maybe the voltage regulator was bad. Well this did not work at all. Does anyone have a suggestion to what my problem might be and a fix for it? If you could help me please it would be very appreciated.

Default Voltage

Most alternators push out 13 to 14.5 since yours is 15 this suggests that it could be something minor. A belt or a lose or bad wire. There is a slim chance that a diode has burned out which can also cause this.
