Default Window motor going bad?

Is this something I can fix myself? I think the motor in my driver side window is going bad or something. It's getting very difficult to get the window up. It's struggling. I don't want to have to take it somewhere, can I just replace it?

We have two windows that had this problem, on the Dodge Grand Caravan. We had the driver's side one replaced by someone else. The passenger side still isn't fixed. You probably *could* replace it yourself, but we found it easier to have a pro do it.
