A recent hail storm left my car with a cracked tail light, so I went to buy a new one form Mazda for $400!! Pass, I will try eBay or a wreckers. Anyways, I saw on eBay a set of taillights with black backgound instead of silver, so they look really cool, cheap too.
I would ask where they were made at and you may want to look up the laws in your state regarding them. That is a crazy amount for a light, these car companies are crazy!
