Default Discount paints

I ran into a place over the weekend and they advertised of having a discount detail shop but the place was closed when I found it so I am trying to visit over this coming week. Has anyone used a place like this before?

I have not used it but I would be interested to know how they offer discount paint services. What brands of paint do they use? How fast does it get done? Why are there so few of them?

I used a place like Maaco once when I was 16ish. It was something like a $200 paint job. Did not include door jams or anything like that. It came out decent. Nothing special. You were limited on your colors.

So far I have yet to get a hold of the place so I am not sure if they are maybe in the process of moving to another building or what is going on. Its the only one I know of local to this area but from what a co-worker mentioned most times its a discount on the colors and the time for it, sometimes it depends on the type of vehicle too.

I'd check it out pretty good before I used the service. Try to find people you know who have used their services before you commit to anything. A bad paint job can be worse than what you already have and can be harder to correct.
