Where is the best place to shop for these? I am thinking about branding out one of our work vehicles but some of the prices I am seeing online are insanely expensive. Do even the small ones costs up to 500 bucks??

I would look at somewhere like Vista Print. They usually have decent prices and they also have people who can help you with designing things if you need it.

My son races motocross so we had to get stickers to put on our trailer to advertise his number and sponsors. I found that I was able to get a decent price at a local print shop. They have some sort of computerized set-up so it turned out great and was easy to install. Personally for a new design I wouldn't use an online source.
