I picked up groceries yesterday and when I got home I noticed that the milk I bought had a broken seal and I had milk all over the back seat. It was a huge mess. I soaked it up with paper towels and then took out hot soapy water and scrubbed the seat. It looks off-colored now. Is there something else I should do? I don’t want it stinking when the weather changes, do you think I got it all out?

I think you did what you should have done (cleaned it right up). I would keep a nose out for a smell, I know it's too cold right now to notice anything stinking. How does the seat look? Is it discolored?

I would personally get some kind of deep cleaner, or even a steam cleaner. You need something that will pump the fibers full of heaps of liquid to rinse the milk out, but then suck it out and leave it dry so that the damp itself doesn't cause a smell.
