I'm totally sold out to the idea of installing of DVD players in the car. These are for kids whom we want to be more behaved during long distance drives. when their attention is drawn to movies inside the van.
I agree. Kids do get unruly and long trips are a no-no to them. But having a DVD player on will help a lot. You just have to make sure you don't bring the same DVD or else they'll be complaining all the way until they make you stop at a DVD shop and get one.
