CDs and bumpy roads

I have a question: what should I do if my CD keeps jumping every time I hit a bumpy road? The CD is clean so there's no need to use a CD cleaner. Is there something wrong with my CD player?

No, it's just the bumpy road. I would stop the CD when I was on the bumpy road so you don't scratch it. I had that problem a few times but I just stopped using the CD player.
