Any flooring people here?

We have been looking at some flooring for our house and I am wondering if this stuff is really as simple as the TV guys say it is. Who here has installed flooring before? We got a few samples but so far I think this is the one I like best (the one on the right).

We are looking at the same flooring and they say it is really easy. You put the sub floor down and then it is all tongue and groove that pops together. You have to leave 1/4 inch all the way around because it is a floating floor.

From what I have heard the tongue and groove flooring is really easy to put in. I know a lot of people who are nowhere near being flooring experts who have done it.

We have a guy stopped by this week to show us how to do it. I figure on Thursday we will head out and find one that we like after we know how much we need. Start in the bathroom that is on the smaller side and then slowly pick out what we want for other rooms of the house. I need to look at the tile ones too.
