Free GPS?

Someone told me about a new App for your phone that is actually a free GPS. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of it. It allows you to interact with other drivers. Does anyone know the App I'm talking about?

I don't know what that particular app is called but I have heard of it before. I just use an app called Navigation and it gives me great turn by turn directions. There is also VZ Navigator for Verizon that allows you to get up to date traffic and interact with others but that is not free.
