Sun Visor Falling Down

The passenger sun visor won't stay up in my Miata; it flops down about halfway and stays there. I tried using velcro to keep it up but it didn't work out. Do you have any suggestions?

More Velcro?:smile: Is there a "rod" that goes into the body on the left hand side of the visor that helps keep it in place on that end? If so, try tightening that down as well.

There's not a rod that attaches to a bracket on the roof, if that's what you mean. I will check to see if there's a screw or something loose on the right hand side, though. If that's all it is, I'm going to feel really silly for not having checked it before. :heh:

No worry RoseRed. We've all done those kinds of things. I had a CD holder on my visor that kept stretching down, down, down. I didn't realize it until someone else drove my car and said they had trouble seeing out of the windshield. After I took it off, there was a whole new world out there. :happy:
