Worst Weather You've Ridden In?

I just had a friend come in for the holidays on his bike; he said it was raining for a good part of his trip and made it miserable, but he pushed through. I sure hope he wouldn't have tried that if the roads had gotten icy. What's the worst weather you would "push through"?

I've ridden with my brother in pounding rain until we got to a spot we could stop. Other than that I wouldn't try that again. I was young and foolish.
