I have a mid-size sedan with standard supsension and I want to lower it slightly. What is the most 'economical' way of doing this? Do I get knew springs or dampers?

Well, first thing is first, why do you want to lower your car? For the looks? And I think you would be best off taking it to the garage and seeing what they can think of. It will also give you an idea of what is most economical.

Alex, I would also suggest having it done professionally - unless you know what you are doing of course:smile: Either way, Eibach lowering springs have good reviews. I must be getting old as I prefer comfort over looks.:heh:

The most economical way would be to have a pro do it. I don't know how good you are, but you always run the risk of doing something on a job like that wrong, and that could cost a lot more in the long run
