Coveralls as Motorcycle Outfit

I have this friend who uses his motorcycle in going to work. Some days he wears a cover all, with his suit under it. This reminds me of spy movies, LOL! But it's a cool thing to do when what you've got is a bike, isn't it? If gas prices keep going up, more and more people may do this.

I have a rain-repellent set that I wear sometimes if I'm going to ride in the rain, but I don't really care for coveralls in general. I guess it would take care of keeping clean and stuff, though.

I'm not sure about coveralls while riding. I've always heard that leather is the best because it helps protect your skin if you are ever in an accident. The leather is a lot tougher than cloth.

Yes, LOL! He used coveralls only when he wore something formal underneath. I think he wore it to protect the formal clothing inside from dirt. But he still wore the leather jacket on top of the cover all. Oh what a warm outfit. Not a good idea during summer.
